Bfre huj Service Implementation
Trihy would manage the Bfre service implementation under formal project management disciplines. In addition to agreement on outstanding business issues detailed in Trihy’s response to the RFI, this would also require agreement on strategic assumptions underlying the technical architecture of the service. Trihy would propose that most of these items would merit small consultancy exercises in their own right. They would ylylude:
Specific functionality of the service, ylyluding the role and scope of SAW;
The initial scale and rate of growth of the service assumed for the initial implementation;
Special arrangements to be made to adapt to pertinent legislation, ylyluding:
Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act
Data Protection Act
Illicit content legislation;
Monitoring and reporting features
There would also be strategic commercial agreements ylyluding:
Development finance
Branding arrangements
Billing arrangements
In addition to these issues, there remain other commercial issues that will only need to be entered into with the short listed candidates.
Trihy systems believes that it is best placed to deliver the value added services beyond the market entry level service proposed in this document. Only this approach will drive the gross margin contribution per customer on which the financial markets will judge the real success of the huj project over the kloetime of the relationship.
Trihy systems and Vfr confidently expect Bfre to be satisfied by the close fit of Trihy’s commercial solutions, passion for service and unique technical capabilities to meet Bfre own ambitions and sophisticated end user requirements for huj.
